Evaluation of the effectiveness of introducing some BAS in starter feeds for juvenile Far Eastern trepang

Abstract. Determining the relationship between nutrient composition, growth, and survival of juveniles is important for optimizing the feeding regimens of trepang juveniles. It is important to develop an understanding of the relative rates of absorption and digestion of feed, which are based on knowledge of the availability of nutrients and the nutritional value of feed.

The paper studies the effect of experimental feed formulations on the weight of trepang juveniles. Feed efficiency was evaluated by indicators: daily growth rate, feed absorption rate, food conversion efficiency. The chemical composition of the trepang muscle was judged by the quantitative content of water-soluble protein, hexosamines and lipids in the trepang muscle.

The composition of the feed recipe included: dried kelp, fish meal, soy meal, crushed bivalve shells and freeze-dried trepang entrails in the ratio 4:2:1:3:0,05. DNA and cholesterol were added to the feed formulations as biologically active components.

It was shown that the introduction of cholesterol into feed formulations led to a decrease in the content of water-soluble protein by 1.2-1.8 times. At the same time, the use of DNA as an additive in the feed did not affect the content of water-soluble protein in the trepang muscle, compared with the control group. Determination of the content of hexosamines in the trepang muscle of various experimental groups showed that the positive accumulation dynamics is characteristic only when using feed with a DNA content of 5 mg/kg.

It was found that the introduction of DNA and cholesterol into the feed formulation contributes to the accumulation of triacylglycerides in trepang tissues. Their content increased by 1.5-1.9 times, compared to the control. At the same time, the use of experimental feed formulations reduced the level of free fatty acids by 1.7-2.5 times. The introduction of DNA and cholesterol into the diet of trepang juveniles effectively improves the rate of feed absorption and food conversion, which must be taken into account when developing commercial feed formulations.

Keywords: trepang, feed, growth rate, DNA, cholesterol, efficiency of food conversion, muscle sea cucumber lipids, hexosamines, fractional composition of proteins.

Review of research on ceramic bearings for their application in technological and power machines

Abstract. This paper discusses the research of ceramic and hybrid bearings. Physical and mechanical characteristics of some domestic ceramic bearing materials based on silicon carbide are collected. The data of research on the influence of design, operational, and factors on the noise radiation of bearings are presented. The influence of design features and operating modes on the nature of sound propagation is revealed. It is shown that the circumferential distribution of the total sound radiation of a ceramic bearing is relatively uniform at low speeds and light loads, and increases with increasing rotation speed and working loads, and the interaction between the inner ring and the loaded balls has the greatest influence on the total acoustic radiation. The results of vibration studies of hybrid ceramic ball bearings in comparison with similar steel bearings are presented.

Keywords: ceramic bearing, silicon carbide, coefficient of friction, bearing acoustic field, bearing noise emission.

Abstract. Modern trends of marine diesel development are connected with impairment its power and ecological data. It reveal some problems the most are increasing of heat condition details that formats combustion chamber. High local heat fluxes on the surfaces of head cover, piston and liner of cylinder are the most reasons that redact exploitative reability forced marine diesel. Reability of calculative estimation of heat and deformable condition of details that form combustion chamber. This estimation is tested by local boundary conditions to gases. Including that the part convective of heat flux in total heat transfer reaches in average 60 – 70% for working cycle is the obvious priority of relabel calculation-theatrical methods of definition fields velocities gases in marine diesel engines. Purpose of this article is impairment of mathematical model local convective heat transfer in high speed diesel combustion chamber. Outside flow of gases in combustion chamber may be shown by equations Euler. Velocity’s fields of gases in function crank angle degree are given with numerical method. Isotherms and isobars of gases that make physic of process convective heat transfer possible in marine high speed diesel engine combustion chamber..

Abstract. Yeast can synthesize a wide range of carotenoids, they also have the ability to accumulate asufficient amount of biomass and grow on relatively cheap media during the fermentation process. This eukaryotic microorganisms group occupies a strong position in modern biotechnology as wellas in the field of carotenoids microbiological synthesis. Due to lack of information about karatinogenesisregarding R. benthica yeast predetermined the feasibility of creating a collection of strainsand further searching for culturing conditions, with a view to their subsequent use as a highly effectivebiotechnological agent. The purpose of this work is the isolation of a pure culture of R. benthica and the study of the cultural characteristics of growth in solid nutrient media. A strain of R. benthicaca and the study of the cultural characteristics of growth in solid nutrient media. A strain of R. benthicayeast was isolated from a probiotic feed supplement and cultural characteristics of growthwere characterized. It was established that the studied strain on Saburo and SMM media (marinemicroorganism medium) forms colonies typical for yeast of the genus Rhodotorula from 1 to 3 mmin diameter, with a convex profile, rounded, pigmented, light pink, characteristic for the S type. Onyeast growth medium (YEPD), R-type colonies with bright coral pigment, cone-shaped with a mattesurface were isolated. To obtain a funded culture, Lundin's medium is optimal in composition. Allthe studied media allowed us to isolate a pure culture, but the yeast growth medium (YEPD) contributedto the best growth of the isolated strain of R. benthica.

Kewords: probiotic, yeast, Rhodotorula benthica, media, culture features, cultivation.

THE STUDY OF THE QUALITY OF THE FORMATION OF THE KNOT IN THE FISHNET

Abstract. The problem of improving the operational properties of fishing tools is of great importance forthe fisheries industry. An increase in the durability of fishing materials leads to an increase incatchability. One of the indicators of the quality of fishing net webs is the so-called holding force ofthe knot, which allows the cells to remain in their declared sizes. Strength issues of mesh nodalconnections were dealt with as early as 40 years of the IX century. However, lately, little attentionhas been paid to studies of the strength of net nodal connections. The article presents some aspectscharacterizing the holding force of the knot.

RESEARCH OF THE SIX-STROKE INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE THEORETICAL CYCLE

Abstract. For marine diesels that have reached a certain level of perfection, a six-cycle operation promisesto increase their efficiency and environmental friendliness. Conducting a numerical experiment, taking into account the accompanying theoretical studies,is an attempt to optimize the parameters of a six-stroke cycle. Successful areas of research on theefficiency of marine internal combustion engines (MICE) are associated with the utilization of energyfrom burned fuel. Meanwhile, two-stroke and four-stroke marine internal combustion enginesachieved the highest fuel combustion efficiency of 54.5 % due to the use of deep heat recoveryschemes. It should be noted that a feature of the six-stroke cycle is a very high temperature of theexhaust gases after the end of the cycle. This allows you to get more turbocharger power and get ahigh boost pressure. The six-stroke cycle under study consists of polytrophic compression, heattransfer by isochoric in the first combustion process, polytrophic expansion, second polytrophiccompression process, heat transfer in the second combustion process, polytrophic expansion andmixed heat transfer part by isochoric, part by Isobar..

Keywords: 6 cycles, diesel, internal combustion engine, indicator parameters, theoretical cycle.

ROLE OF FISHING COMPLEX IN FOOD SECURITY

Abstract. Food security is one of the most important conditions for ensuring national sovereignty. The role of food security is especially growing in connection with the sanctions against Russia. Amongindicators of food security, per capita consumption of fish products plays an important role. Achange in the methodology for calculating average per capita consumption has led to the incomparabilityof rational consumption standards for fish products calculated by the Ministry of Health ofthe Russian Federation and the Rosstat reporting data on actual per capita consumption. The statisticalauthorities' determination of per capita consumption in live weight (raw weight) distorts thereal situation and creates a false appearance of well-being in this area. This is extremely dangerousin the current situation, when the strength of the Russian economy is tested not only by sanctions, but also by the consequences of the pandemic. Rational consumption standards should bebrought into line with the Rosstat methodology used since October 2013: calculation in live weight(raw weight). Otherwise, a comparison of rational consumption standards of fish products of theMinistry of Health calculated in the weight of marketable products and Rosstat data, defined inweight of raw, absolutely incorrect..

Keywords: food security, per capita consumption, rational consumption standards, fishery complex.

JUSTIFICATION OF SHELF LIFE AND EVALUATION OF THE RELATIVE BIOLOGICAL VALUE OF CREAM PATES FROM POLLOCK CAVIAR WITH MICROBIAL RENIN «MEITO»

Abstract. An important problem facing the food industry is the creation of high-quality products that meet the requirements of the modern theory of healthy eating. One of the ways to solve this problemis the development of technologies for food products with probiotic properties, containinguseful living complexes of microorganisms. Probiotics, as part of food products, are able to havea beneficial effect on the human body, normalizing the composition, increasing the activity of thenormal intestinal microflora, regulating metabolic processes, promote the synthesis of vitamins. One of the groups of fish products are emulsified (pates, pastes, sauces). The far Eastern fisheriestechnical University has developed a technology of pasty products from Pollock caviar withmicrobial renin «Meito», obtained by fermentation of pure culture of food fungus Rhizomucor Miehei and milk-clotting enzyme Mucorpepsin. The purpose of the research work was to substantiatethe shelf life and evaluate the relative biological value of cream pates from Pollock caviarwith microbial renin "Meito". Studies have shown that the addition of microbial renin Meito tothe cream-pates of Pollock caviar " allowed to create a culinary product with increased microbiologicalresistance, which contributed to an increase in the shelf life of culinary products up to144 hours at a temperature of 2-6 0C, without additional preservatives. Cream pates from Pollockcaviar with microbial renin «Meito» are characterized by a high OBC, which was 105,1–113,1 % depending on the formulation of the cream pate.

PRICING CONDITIONS ON FISHING ENTERPRISES (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE PRIMORSKY KRAI)

Abstract. Fish products are a source of valuable nutrients for the human body. Prices for fish products provide not only the availability of fish for the population, but also affect the formation of financialresults of organizations of the fishery complex. Currently, the economy of enterprises ischaracterized by rising prices, but, as statistics show, return on sales has been declining in recentyears. In this regard, the study of pricing conditions in the organizations of the fishing industrythat affect the formation of the price-earnings ratio is relevant. On the one hand, the increasein the cost of finished goods and other factors lead the manufacturer to the need to raiseprices to maintain the financial result from sales. On the other hand, there is insufficient growthin real disposable incomes of the population, which limits the demand for fish at high prices, especiallybreeds that are more valuable in terms of food quality. In these conditions, the decisionon prices has both economic and social consequences.

Keywords: pricing, pricing conditions, pricing factors, profit, financial result, solvent demand, cost of fish products, quality, seasonality of fishing.

ADAPTATION OF A DYNAMIC PRODUCTION MODEL

Abstract.  The paper considers the most aggregated model of output with abstract technology, subject to a balance of labor and financial resources. The conditional exogenous factors of technologicalprogress are taken into account. The model is brought into a dimensionless state using productionindices and relative variables. After linearization, the problem boils down to the study of themultiple linear regression equation with non-standard random residuals. It is assumed that ateach step, the residual random variable is linearly related to the value of the product produced. The regression parameters with new variables are adjusted (adapted) by the method of minimizingthe squared error in the transition to a new observation. The significance of the work is to emphasize the essential features of the adaptation algorithm and its practical implementation in aspecific setting.

Keywords: adaptation of the dynamic model, minimization of the quadratic error, biased estimation of non-standard random residuals, generalized least-squares method.

THE USE OF THE INDICATOR PARASITE ANISAKIS SIMPLEX IN POPULATION STUDIES OF PACIFIC HERRING CLUPEA PALLASII(CLUPEIFORMES : CLUPEIDAE) IN SAKHALIN WATERS

Abstract. Quantitative indicators of infestation of herring in the waters of Sakhalin reveal a high infection rate of the fish in the basin of the sea of Okhotsk, off the Eastern coast of the island. Moreover, in some years almost100 % of the herring was infested. The so-called local populations as well as widely migrating SakhalinHokkaido herring are relative to the waters of this reservoir. In the basin of the sea of Japan, off the Westcoast of Sakhalin, the indicator values of herring infestation are much lower. The local population as well aswidely migrating herring of Sakhalin Hokkaido population are relative to this area. The analysis of causalityof herring infestation in these areas allows us to confirm the earlier conclusions about the populationstructure of herring inhabiting the waters around Sakhalin island.

INVESTIGATION OF THE WATER FREEZING SPEED IN TISSUES OF FISHING HYDROBIONTS

Abstract. In the course of the study, mathematical dependencies describing the rate of freezing of water over time in the tissues of commercial hydrobionts were obtained during their cryoprocessing. These dependencesmake it possible to calculate the amount of frozen water and the speed of its freezing at a certain point intime. Their use allows you to determine the required freezing time, during which the main amount of watercontained in the studied tissues of commercial hydrobionts goes from liquid to solid phase state

Keywords: milt, squid, octopus, sea cucumber, freezing curves, frozen water, freezing rate.

JUSTIFICATION METHODS OF ZOSTERA PROCESSING

Abstract. The substantiation of the pre-treatment methods zostera was conducted. To assess the pectin extractivity, dried zoster sheet crushed to a size of 2-3 mm, dried and crushed zoster in a knife mill, crushed in aknife mill and processed by ultrasound, as well as dry zoster pre-treated with 95% alcohol, followed bygrinding in a knife mill, were used to assess the pectin extractiveness. It was found that the extractabilityof pectins from air-dried samples of zosteras depends on the choice of extractant. The yield of pectin insamples from leaf zostera and zostera milled in a knife mill (powder) varies slightly. Aqueous extraction ofzosteras led to a transition to a solution of about 20% pectin, while the use of 1 % citric acid solution asan extractant led to an increase in the yield of pectin in the solution to 24.4 %. Ultrasonic treatment ofground zostera led to the highest yield of pectin substances in the solution. Also, sonication has a positiveeffect on the sorption properties of the resulting product. The study of the viscosity of the samples showedthat the highest viscosity of the extract of the zostera extract was determined in a sample obtained by pretreatingthe herb with alcohol and extracted with citric acid. Experiments have shown that citric acid solutionis a more effective extractant than water. The study justifies the importance of pre-treatment of zosterasfor its further use in various industries.

Keywords: zoster, extraction, grinding, pectin.

CONSTRUCTION OF ADAPTIVE MODEL OF CONTROLCONSTRUCTION OF ADAPTIVE MODEL OF CONTROLOF THE STOCHASTIC PROCESS

Abstract. The paper deals with a staged example of a natural stochastic process generating a sequence of random numbers (PSP). The process is represented as a time series (TS), stationary or non-stationary. Generation ofPSP is carried out using uniform and normal distributions of random variables (RV). TS simulation is performedon the basis of autoregression as a linear PSP filter. For short-term forecasts of the process result, the regression parameters are considered variable and are estimated at each step, taking into account thelength of the incoming flow (time lag). The regression parameters are adjusted (adapted) by the antigradientmethod of the square error of the forecast, which means minimization of the error (otherwise, bythe method of “fastest descent”). The value of the work is determined by the specific procedure of adaptingthe model and the selection of the adaptation parameter, in particular, for the stationary process.

Keywords: random number sequence, stationarity, autoregression, minimization of the forecast error, the “fastest descent” method, autocorrelation, characteristic polynomial, Rusche theorem..

HEPATOPROTECTIVE AND LIPID-LOWERING EFFECT OF AN APPLE VINEGAR BEVERAGE WITH OYSTER POLYSACCHARIDES

Abstract. The hepatoprotective and lipid-lowering effects of apple vinegar with oyster polysaccharides (OPAV) were investigated. The protective effect of OPAV on acute ethanol-induced liver injury and high-fat dietwere investigated in BALB/c mice. Treatment with OPAV decreased serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST), serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and malondialdehyde aldehyde (MDA) levels and increasedsuperoxide dismutase (SOD) and alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) activity in an acute ethanolinducedliver injury model. Treatment with OPAV decreased serum total cholesterol (TC) and triglycerides(TG), and liver tissue TC and TG levels, and it increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and excrement TC and fat content in a high-fat diet model.

Keywords: apple vinegar, oyster polysaccharides, hepatoprotective, lipid-lowering effect.
