Исследование влияния изменения разности температур на количество воздуха, подаваемого в кондиционируемое помещение

Аннотация. В последнее время растет уровень сложности производственных процессов. В связи с этим растет необходимость в кондиционировании воздуха и систем вентиляции производственных помещений для комфортной работы и отдыха матросов рыбоперерабатывающего судна. Правильный выбор разности температур позволяет увеличить / снизить энергоэффектовность системы кондиционирования на судне, срок службы оборудования, уменьшить срок окупаемости системы кондиционирования и вентиляции. Основу энергоэффективности систем кондиционирования и вентиляции воздуха составляет организация подачи воздуха. Что, в свою очередь, подразумевает обеспечение подачи оптимального количества воздуха. В связи с этим целью данного исследования является получение математических зависимостей влияния изменения разности температур на количество воздуха, подаваемого в кондиционируемое помещение. Выявлено, что с увеличением разности температур уменьшается количество подаваемого в кондиционируемое помещение воздуха. Уменьшение количества подаваемого воздуха в кондиционируемое помещение позволяет подбирать менее энергоемкое и громоздкое оборудование. Выведены математические уравнения зависимостей влияния изменения разности температур на количество подаваемого воздуха в производственные помещения рыбоперерабатывающего судна.

Abstract. Recently, the level of complexity of production processes has been growing. In this regard, there is a growing need for air conditioning and ventilation systems for various premises for comfortable work and recreation of personnel. The correct choice of the difference allows you to increase the service life of the equipment, reduce energy consumption, and reduce the payback period of air conditioning and ventilation systems. The basis of the energy efficiency of air conditioning and ventilation systems is the organization of the air supply. This, in turn, implies ensuring the supply of the optimal amount of air. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to obtain mathematical dependences of the influence of changes in the temperature difference on the amount of air supplied to the conditioned room. It was revealed that with an increase in the temperature difference, the amount of air supplied to the conditioned room decreases. Reducing the amount of air supplied to the conditioned room allows the selection of less energy-intensive and bulky equipment. The mathematical equations of the dependences of the influence of the change in the temperature difference on the amount of air supplied to the production premises of the fish processing vessel are derived.
