Анализ факторов, влияющих на успех организации

Аннотация. Рассматриваются основные факторы, влияющие на достижение успеха организации, компании, предприятия. Результаты проведенной исследовательской работы представлены в форме тематического исследования имеющихся информационных источников. В статье делается вывод о том, что от правильности ведения организационных процессов компании зависит ее дальнейший успех и устойчивое развитие в целом. Пренебрежение данным условием может привести к большим финансовым потерям, а впоследствии к банкротству предприятия. Для установления и изучения важных аспектов развития организации было проведено изучение ГОСТ Р ИСО 9004-2019 «Менеджмент качества. Качество организации. Руководство по достижению устойчивого успеха организации» на предмет выявления факторов, влияющих на успех организации и ее конкурентоспособность на рынке. Также осуществлено сравнение данного стандарта с его более ранней версией ГОСТ Р ИСО 9004-2010 «Менеджмент для достижения устойчивого успеха организации. Подход на основе менеджмента качества» с целью выявления и сравнения существующих факторов устойчивого развития компании. На основе проведенного исследования были разработаны рекомендации по выявлению наиболее влияющих факторов на устойчивый успех организации.

Abstract. The article discusses the main factors influencing the success of an organization, company, enterprise. The results of the research work were presented in the form of a case study of available information sources. The article concludes that the correctness of the company's organizational processes depends on its further success and sustainable development in general. Neglect of this condition can lead to large financial losses, and subsequently to the bankruptcy of the enterprise. To establish and study important aspects of the organization's development, a study of GOST R ISO 9004-2019 "Quality management. The quality of the organization. A guide to achieving the sustainable success of an organization" in order to identify factors affecting the success of an organization and its competitiveness in the market. The comparison of this standard with its earlier version GOST R ISO 9004-2010 "Management for achieving sustainable success of the organization. A quality management approach" in order to identify and compare existing factors of the company's sustainable development. Based on the conducted research, recommendations were developed to identify the most influencing factors for the sustainable success of the organization.
