Аннотация. Через призму институционального подхода, автор дает ответ на вопрос о причинах постоянных изменений в системе управления рыбохозяйственной отраслью России, а также раскрывает, какие факторы влияли на эти изменения в разные исторические этапы, и каким результатам и последствиям в развитии отрасли они приводили.

Abstract. Through the prism of an institutional approach, the author answers the question about the reasons for changes in the management system of the Russian fisheries industry, and also reveals what factors influenced these changes at different historical stages, and what results and consequences they led to in the development of the fisheries industry.
