Перспективы рыбодобывающей отрасли Приморского края через анализ возрастного состава рыболовных судов

Аннотация. Рыбная промышленность в мире, и особенно в прибрежных странах, рассматривается как один из наиболее важных факторов продовольственной безопасности страны и играет важную роль в обеспечении населения продуктами питания. Кроме того, данная отрасль создает рабочие места по всей цепочке: от тех, кто работает на проектировании и строительстве судов и оборудования, до тех, кто связан с реализацией продуктов конечному потребителю. Дальний Восток является основным поставщиком рыбного сырья и готовой продукции на внутренний рынок страны. Одновременно с этим рыбная промышленность является структурообразующей отраслью всех регионов Дальнего Востока, в том числе и Приморского края. Рыбохозяйственный комплекс занимает одно из ведущих мест в экономике Приморья: рыбаки производят треть всей промышленной продукции Приморья, две трети всей рыбной продукции Дальнего Востока и треть всей рыбопродукции России. Добыча и переработка морских биоресурсов, а также смежные сферы экономики играют важную роль в общей экономике и социальной жизни Приморского края. В связи с этим возникает вопрос, насколько устойчива данная отрасль в ближайшей перспективе. Данная работа посвящена рассмотрению перспективы рыбодобывающей отрасли через анализ возрастного состава рыболовных судов, зарегистрированных в Приморском крае. В работе отмечено, что средний возраст сегмента флота морских рыболовных судов продолжает расти. Стареющий рыболовный флот вызывает опасения по поводу безопасности как судов, так и экипажа. В результате статистического анализа выделены возрастные группы судов и оценена перспектива их эксплуатации.

Abstract. The world fishing industry, and especially the coastal countries one, is considered as one of the most important factors of the country food security and plays an important role in providing the population with food. Besides, this industry creates jobs along the whole chain from those who work on the design and construction of ships and equipment to those who are connected with the sale of products to the end consumer. The Far East is the main supplier of fish raw materials and finished products to the domestic market of the country. At the same time, the fishing industry is a structure-forming branch of all regions of the Far East, including Primorsky Krai. Fishery complex occupies one of the leading places in Primorsky Krai economy: fishermen produce one third of all industrial products of Primorsky Krai, two thirds of all fish products of the Far East and one third of all fish products of Russia. Extraction and processing of sea biological resources, as well as related economic spheres play an important role in general economy and social life of Primorsky Krai. This raises the question of how sustainable this industry is in the near future. This article is concern to the fishing industry perspective through the analysis of the age composition of fishing vessels registered in the PrimorskyKrai. It is noted that the average age of the sea fishing vessels fleet segment continues to grow. The aging fishing fleet is raising concerns about the safety of both vessels and crew.As a result of statistical analysis, age groups of ships were identified and the prospects for their operation were assessed.
