Аннотация. В современном мире всё более обостряется проблема ресурсов во всех отраслях хозяйственной деятельности человека. При этом значение рыбных ресурсов не только не снижается, а повышается с каждым годом. Наряду с этим системные проблемы рыбохозяйственного комплекса берущие своё начало ещё при советской системе хозяйствования в современных условиях зачастую не только не решаются, но всё больше обостряются. В статье проанализированы гайд-интервью управленческого звена рыбной промышленности и их взгляд на современное и наиболее сложные вопросы этой важнейшей отрасли народного хозяйства Дальнего Востока.

Systemic problems of the fishing industry of the Far East in the assessments of regional managers

Abstract. In the modern world, the problem of resources in all branches of human economic activity is becoming more and more acute. At the same time, the importance of fish resources not only does not decrease, but increases every year. Along with this, the systemic problems of the fisheries complex originating under the Soviet system of management in modern conditions are often not only not solved, but are becoming more and more acute. The article analyzes the guide interviews of the management of the fishing industry and their view of the current state of this complex branch of the national economy of Russia.
