THE USE OF GEOMETRIC PROGRESSION FOR ESTIMATION OF SEXUAL DIFFERENCES IN THE ANIMAL EXTERIORS (WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO FISHES)

Abstract. As a model of body form according to body lenght dynamics in females of certain fish populations we used calculated geometric model of ratio i y / , where i x i y, cm was a body form of females or males in as of numerical expression of yi in an initial model of two-dimensional isometric virtual exterior (TIVE model), correspondingly, was a fish body length. A model of body form according to body length dinamics in females permits to estimate statistically the resemlance or difference in body form in females and males in individual populations of the species, in females from different populations, or in females belonging to fish species resembling each other in body exterior. Analogous properties are peculiar also to a model of body form according to body lenght dynamics in males constructed on the basis of the materials of measuring of certain male individuals of given fish species.

Keywords: fish populations, modeling, body form, geometric progression.

COMPUTER SIMULATION AND ANALYSIS OF RADIATION OF CYLINDRICAL HYDROACOUSTIC ANTENNAE

Abstract. A mixed finite element-boundary element method for computer simulation of piezotransducers and hydroacoustic antennae of arbitrary shape is considered. Its realization for axis-symmetric case is carried out. Analysis of basic parameters of cylindrical hydroacoustic antenna consisting of two free-flooded transducers is executed. The optimum geometrical dimensions of antenna are determined.

THE COMPOSITION AND THE PROPERTIES OF MASS MARKETABLE FISH BY-PRODUCTS OF FAR EASTERN AREA

Abstract. The general chemical and amino acidic composition of the secondary fish raw material for feedstuffs production, more exactly mass marketable fish by-products (salmonids, flatfish, saury, herring) of Far Eastern area were determined. The physicochemical characteristics were defined. The secondary fish raw material was established to be safety by microbiological indices and toxic trace minerals content, but the proteins are valuable by the amino acidic composition. The essential amino acids content is varied from 37,6 to 41 g /100 g of protein. The protein of the fish by-products contain high content of lysine, leucine, threonine and valine and provide high biological value of the raw material.
