TRACE ELEMENT IN TISSUES OF SOME SPECIES OF AQUATIC ORGANISMS GULF OF PETER THE GREAT

Abstract. The maintenance of some trace elements in muscle, skin, gills, gonad and liver of a pollock and rudd, and also in tunic and cloak of an ascidian Styela clava of Peter the Great Bay (Sea of Japan) have been studied. The features of distribution and accumulation of trace elements in organs and tissues ofthese aquatic organisms have been determinated. At both species of fish rather high level of the contentof iron, copper and zincum in a liver and gonad is noted. Concentration of an arsenic in skin, liver, gonadand muscle tissues of a pollock as a whole is higher, than at the rudd. At an ascidian the level of accumulation of some trace elements in a tunic is higher, than in a cloak. The tunic contains twice morephosphorus, bromines are three times more gray also, is five times more larger than manganese. Concentration of an arsenic in a tunic in times more, and is twice more than lead, than in a cloak of ascidian.Toxiferous heavy metals chrome and cadmium in tissues of aquatic organisms are not found.

Keywords: trace elements, fishes, gills, skin, gonad, liver, ascidians, tunic, cloak.

INTERSTITIAL FAUNA OF THE SHALLOW COASTAL SANDBANKS NORTHWEST SEA OF JAPAN

Abstract. The paper presents results of a study of interstitial fauna of the shallow coastal zone of Primorye and the external factors impact. The materials for the work were the samples Meiobenthos selected on the sandy shallows of 11 bays Sea of Japan at the site of the Whale bay to the Vladimir bay. It was found that in the meiofauna of sandy soils shallow zone of the study area does not form specific seasonal complexes. Terms of occurrence of juvenile macrobenthos in sandy soils generally correspond to the termsof settling macrobenthic animals larvaes . The observed ratio of permanent and temporary components of meiofauna is characteristic of interstitial fauna. The greatest influence on the dynamics of the quantitative characteristics of meiofauna the study area has a water temperature.

Keywords: meiobenthos interstitial fauna, juvenile macrobenthos.

EXTRACTION AND PROCESSING OF BIOLOGICALLY VALUABLE RAW FROM BIVALVE SHELLFISH

Abstract. The problem of waste-free processing of bivalve molluscs for example spizuly and Anadara broughtoni. Traditional methods and technology of clam boils down to the recovery of muscle clips. Sometimes processing flow basin, as an additive in the feed of poultry and poultry industry. All the rest goes towaste. But on clams, such as spizula, scallop, Anadara broughtoni, very, valuable raw materials can beconsidered within the blood and abdominal fluid, which contains a large amount of water-soluble (B1B2, B6, B12, PP, C, etc.) and fat-soluble (A, E, D, K), vitamins, and ω-3 fatty acids and trace elements, available in versions automatically collect blood and intraluminal fluid in the vessel easier, but unproductive, and the coast – more complex and high-performance. It also discusses ways to recycle organic waste processing of bivalve molluscs collected in the shell by cutting C02-extraction for the preparation of highly biologically active substances for use in food and medicine. It is also proposed flowsheet makingavailable to the public biologically valuable product of the «Hematogen», which can be used for improvement of children, rehabilitation of workers with poor working conditions.

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PROMOTION VISCOUS ENVIRONMENTS IN PIPELINE

Abstract. The issues related to the scientific substantiation of motion of visco -plastic food mass through round-sectioned pipes as one of the very complex and important practical problems related to the needfor various types of calculations have been studied. The magnitude of the numerical values of the properties of the product creates foundation for calculation of kinematic and dynamic parameters of product movement, motor power, structural dimensions of machines and strength conditions. The use of pipelines is much more promising as compared to traditional carts and gutters to move the visco-plastic food mass. The experimental procedure involves the measurement of geometric (length, diameter, holes, slots), dynamic (pressure and flow properties) and kinematic factors (average speed by weight orvolume flow). The processing method of dimensional analysis when instead of dynamic factors such kinematic and geometric factors as average speed and internal diameter of the tube, respectively are considered as the carriers, allows the formulation of criterion equation of dynamic movement of visco-plastic food masses.
