POSSIBLE EXPLANATIONS OF DETERMINED CHAOS IN A BIOTIC OF THE SEA ENVIRONMENT

Abstract. Questions concerning the explanations of the manifestation of deterministic chaos process in fish environment take up. It is asserted that the deterministic chaos hypothetically maybe esteemed as the irregular or chaotic movement induces by nonlinear system for which dynamic laws unequivocally define evolution of awhole system state in process of time in general or of one of its part considering its background. Given hypothesizes are mostly theoretical, but they have very important practical value in the industrial fishingsphere. The numerical values of observations of moving stocks in the sea were included into this article. These numerical results were made not only by the authors of this article, but also by the other scientists.

Keywords: deterministic chaos, nonlinear system, stock, biotic, steady state of the marine biotic, eddy, chaos criterion, optimal energy behavior, exponential instability of moving, collective behavior.

ELECTRODYNAMICS OF MATERIAL MEDIA AND FRACTIONAL INTEGRO-DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

Abstract. The article presents the main stages of the theory of dynamical processes in electrodynamics. It is shown that currently there is a lack of traditional physical models, due to lack of a complete description ofthe processing of signals and fields using the formulas of classical mathematics, obtained on the basis ofrepresentation of signals in the spaces of integral action and smooth functions. To receive new mathematical relationships and the establishment of the general concept by B. Mandelbrot fractals had the idea of applying them in the field of radio and radar. At the same time, the use of the achievements of scale invariance –"scaling" and sections of modern functional analysis related to the theory of sets of fractional dimensiontheory, general topology, geometric measure theory and the theory of dynamical systems, opened the potentialand prospects in multidimensional signal processing and related scientific and technical fields, such asnonlinear underwater acoustics. To apply the formulas of classical mathematics, derived representation ofsignals in the spaces of integral action and smooth functions, the article proposed the use of the mathematical apparatus of fractional integro-differential equations of electrodynamics in material media. The basis ofsuch proposals put integro-differential operators of the Riemann-Liouville and Caputo.

Keywords: fractals, scaling, fractional integro-differentiation.

THE CALCULATION OF THE CARTESIAN COORDINATES OF THE OFFSHORE FACILITIES IN THE CURVATURE OF THE WAVEFRONT OF THE RECEIVED SIGNAL

Abstract. Modern technological solutions spatio-temporal processing of the received signals have a lot of difficulties, limitations and approximations. Essentially important are instrumental approach associated with bringing thewavefront of the received signal to the straight state. They limit the possibility of determining the range of themeasurement sonar systems, improving their resolution by observing the surroundings. Increasing the size of antennasleads to the fact that neglect curvature of the wavefront within the area detection signal rocker receiving antenna becomes impossible. This requires additional theoretical studies to solve the problem of taking into account the curvature of the wavefront of the received signals multipositional receive antennas. Measuring the systemon ships, the curvature of the wavefront of the signal used for the improvement of quality indicators. Experience in the operation of such measuring systems shows she pronounced at small distances to the observed object,as in the case of short-range location, and in large dimensions receiving antenna system, or systems spaced passive radar reception. In such systems, measuring the curvature of the wavefront is additional information parameter characterizing the space-time signal status. Accordingly, the use of the wavefront curvature of the signal received by the measuring system enables measurements determined distance and direction to a remote object.

Keywords: curvature of the wave front, the wave field, a plane wave front, the spatial coordinates.

TO A QUESTION OF DRYING OF FISH IN ACOUSTIC FIELDS

Abstract. It is discussed problems of removal of moisture from fish under natural conditions (under a canopy) and in the convective and thermal drying cameras (CTDC). It is shown that process of natural drying proceedsbig time expenditure, and process of thermal drying goes to KTSK unevenly and is followed by a considerableexpense of thermal energy. Besides, in the latter case, the part of useful components is lost andproduct tastes worsen. It is offered, for an intensification of process of removal of moisture of fish under natural conditions atfull preservation of her tastes, and also for ensuring uniformity of removal of moisture at essential reductionof an expense of thermal energy in the low-temperature acoustic drying cameras (LTADC) to use acousticwaves of various intensity. It is offered to use also in addition low-frequency electromagnetic waves for disinfecting of fish, andacoustic waves of a special form – for counteraction to insects and rodents. The results of removal of moisture from fish received in the course of industrial tests of the developedmethod in the Republic of Korea (2006-2008) and Vietnam are given (in 2009–2013)..
