Abstract. The direction of development of the national system of technical regulation coincides with the direction of development of the technical regulation of the EAEU, since the national system of technical regulation of the Russian Federation is its integral part. The vector of development of the EAEU for the near future is laid down in the strategic directions for the development of Eurasian economic integration until 2025 (Strategy - 2025) adopted by the decision of the Eurasian Economic Council dated December 11, 2020 No. 12.

Strategy-2025 contains a list of measures and mechanisms for the implementation of eleven strategic directions, one of which is «ensuring quality assurance, safety of tradable goods and proper protection of consumer rights», and technical regulation is named as a specific mechanism for the development and deepening of integration processes in this area.

Abstract. In 2015, the General Assembly of the United Nations (hereinafter referred to as the UN), 196 countries adopted 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (hereinafter referred to as the SDGs), one of the key areas of which is to reduce the anthropogenic burden on the environment. Food production has a significant impact on the environment, both at the production stage through the generation of waste and pollutants, and in the disposal of food due to inadequate storage and transportation conditions, as well as in the consumption of energy for production purposes, which leads to greenhouse gas emissions. Standardization plays a special role in the implementation of sustainable development goals, this is confirmed by the development and adoption of standards, the objects of standardization of which are environmental management systems, organic production, environmental labeling, lean production, green products, green technologies.

Abstract. Results of commercial exploitation of Ruditapes philippinarum (Adams et Reeve, 1848) resources in the Losos Bight (Aniva Bay, Okhotsk Sea) in 2019 and 2021 are analyzed. The study of the distribution and main biological indicators of the bivalve mollusk made it possible to give a comparative quantitative assessment of its resources. An increase in the area of accumulation, established in 2016, as well as an increase in the size composition of local accumulations against the background of a decrease in the specific abundance and relative biomass were noted.

In phytoplankton samples, from 97 to 105 species and periphyton were found - from 112 to 140 species and forms of algae. The dominant complex of producers is made up of diatoms, blue-green and green algae. The fish fauna of the Aydar-Arnasay system of lakes is represented by 18 species and subspecies of fish, of which 14 species are in Lake East Arnasay.

Abstract. The choice of video equipment for ships is one of the most difficult and responsible tasks in the process of selecting equipment, especially when it comes to ships without a crew type. There may be various obstacles on the way that will threaten the safety of the vessel, as well as its contents. The solution to this problem is seen in the selection of the most suitable equipment for continuous and comprehensive monitoring of the environment around the ship. This article is devoted to an overview of existing technologies and systems, types and modes of operation of stabilizers, which are a key element when choosing video surveillance cameras and solving the problem with image stabilization. An analysis was carried out, a detailed analysis, a comparison of characteristics, the positive and negative sides of all currently existing image stabilization technologies from cameras were identified. In addition, examples of all types of mechanical stabilization are given using visual material in the form of stabilizer models and it is concluded which stabilizer is best suited for monitoring the environment and identifying situations that threaten the safety and security of the vessel, as well as its contents.

Abstract. Operation of the complex "diesel – lubricating system - circulating oil - separator" is considered and its influence on the process of changing the operational parameters of the oil.  It’s shown through the dynamics of the accumulation of mechanical impurities in the oil when engine is running. The role of the oil purificator in the overall balance of insoluble contaminants in the circulating oil of a marine diesel engine is revealed. The presence of the optimum capacity of the centrifugal separator in the engine lubrication system is shown, at which the level of accumulation of mechanical impurities in the oil is at a minimum level. Kinetic equations for lubricating oil aging in marine diesel engine are given under the condition of operation without topping up. The calculations can be used to determine oil lifetime before its replacement.

Abstract. Recently, the level of complexity of production processes has been growing. In this regard, there is a growing need for air conditioning and ventilation systems for various premises for comfortable work and recreation of personnel. The correct choice of the difference allows you to increase the service life of the equipment, reduce energy consumption, and reduce the payback period of air conditioning and ventilation systems. The basis of the energy efficiency of air conditioning and ventilation systems is the organization of the air supply. This, in turn, implies ensuring the supply of the optimal amount of air. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to obtain mathematical dependences of the influence of changes in the temperature difference on the amount of air supplied to the conditioned room. It was revealed that with an increase in the temperature difference, the amount of air supplied to the conditioned room decreases. Reducing the amount of air supplied to the conditioned room allows the selection of less energy-intensive and bulky equipment. The mathematical equations of the dependences of the influence of the change in the temperature difference on the amount of air supplied to the production premises of the fish processing vessel are derived.
