Abstract. A model of the commercial and technological mode of processing the daily catch of a fishing vessel with a completed production cycle is presented. The tasks of optimizing the production and technological mode of processing the daily catch are formulated. The solution of the problem can be obtained by classical methods of linear programming. The solution of a simplified version of the problem is given on the example of the extraction of the commander squid fishing facility in the North Kuril fishing zone. Using examples of solving a private (simplified) problem, one can see the impact of the quality of the extracted raw material on the income from output.

Abstract. The formation of an effective system of fishing organization in the Far Eastern fisheries basin is carried out on the basis of the resource potential of all fishing zones included in it, the research of each of which in the field of development of their resource potential in order to determine the points of growth in the efficiency of extraction of aquatic biological resources for further determination of ways to increase the efficiency of total extraction of aquatic biological resources is relevant and necessary today. The object of research in this article is the West Bering Sea zone as a multi-species fishing subsystem of the unified system of fishing zones – the Far Eastern Fisheries Basin. The main purpose of the analysis was to track the dynamics of changes in ODES installed on fishing facilities, to determine quantitative indicators of extractive activities – the actual volumes of catch according to the results of each calendar year, their correlation with the volumes of ODES, to determine the degrees of development in the study period. As a result of the conducted analytical study, the points of growth in improving the efficiency of fishing activities in the West Bering Sea zone identified fishing facilities that have the values of the degrees of development, do not reach the targets set out in the State Program of the Russian Federation "Development of the fisheries complex", and are actually annually underutilized, but they are at the same time the so-called "business card" of the West Bering Sea fishing zone and require the close attention of fishing companies to the organization of their production, taking into account the biological value and significance for the Far Eastern fisheries basin.

Abstract. The results of analysis of official statistics of utilization of the recommended capture levels and total allowable catches as well as the predicted catching of fish for commercial fishing in the freshwater pools of Yakutia are given. In terms of species, Arctic cisco and Siberian cisco rank first by the capture level both by seine and net catches; their share in whitefish fishing makes 34,3 % and 65,7 % respectively. The resource potential of the total allowable catches is used by 62,0 %; fish industry loses about 1,5 thousand tons of the best quality fish. The utilization of the recommended capture levels makes 11,2 %; the annual loss of the fish industry tally roughly 0,6 thousand tons of fish. When utilizing the Arctic cisco reserves (predicted catching), the annual loss of the fish industry makes 0,2 thousand tons. On average, the use of biopotential of all kinds of commercial fish in all pools of Yakutia makes 40,3 %, the loss of the fish industry makes 2,3 thousand tons.

Abstract. The choice of a video camera for the equipment of vessels of the unmanned type is one of the most difficult and responsible tasks in the process of selecting equipment as a whole, because without an established organization of video surveillance, it is not possible to manage such vessels. That is why it is so important to choose high-quality and suitable equipment for remote visual control of the movement of an autonomous vessel. This article is devoted to the review of video equipment by the method of detailed analysis. The paper analyzes all the features of video equipment, including video surveillance systems, IP-cameras, analog cameras, considers possible types of connection of cameras to the system, as well as possible options for recording quality and its modes. In addition, the most important characteristics that are key when choosing video equipment have been identified, as well as the optimal camera option has been selected for installation on an unmanned vessel for viewing and monitoring the environment and ensuring the safety of navigation of autonomous type vessels in compliance with all the requirements and rules of world navigation. In this article, the choice was made in favor of IP-cameras because of the most suitable general characteristics of such cameras.

Abstract. High loads level of thermal this details in marine diesels is on of basic reason in descent their exploitation security. Errors in calculation estimations of thermal and power deformable condition in details of combustion chamber in designing gets 30–80 % now. It demonstrate experimental that soot particles getting in marine diesel combustion chamber appear to small for optical aspect. Data mean surface resulting radiation heat transfer fluxes for head of cylinder, piston and liner of cylinder surfaces, represented in the paper, makes in designing to estimate value variable temperature intensity. It is very important for estimation of security combustion chamber details during exploitation.

Abstract. Reduction of terms of drive new models of marine diesel engines is actual problem as before. The mean reason of increasing this terms in based on difference of calculation and experimental data reseeded in experimental stands. As for local heat fluxes transferred from gases to details of combustion chamber which is 25–50 per cent. This desnot determine boundary conditions in calculative analysis thermal and power deformable condition of details formed the combustion chamber and involves great terms of experimental drive in new models of marine diesel engines. The purpose of this paper is presentation of 12-canal measured complex that realized modern experimental methods in definition of parameters gases and radiative convective heat transfer and given reliable experimental data.

Abstract. A significant share in the total volume of fish catch of valuable species falls on coastal fishing during the fish's spawning movement. Fishing enterprises on a competitive basis receive quotas for fishing, for which they are allocated fishing grounds, which may be located at a considerable distance from the processing enterprise. The fish is delivered to the enterprise from the place of fishing by specialized transport bots, and fixed nets at the place of fishing are served by teams of fishermen who work on a rotational basis, staying at the place of fishing for several weeks. In the absence of specialized vessels, small fishing vessels, such as MRS-150, which are suitable in size for working near a fixed seine, are usually used as a base. The paper presents the substantiation and outline study of the project of a small floating autonomous fishery base.

Abstract. The article provides an overview of the existing problems of container transit through the transport hubs of the Primorsky Territory, which have significant potential, due to their geographical location, on the way of the largest international routes. The proximity to the countries of the Asia-Pacific region (APR) makes it possible for the Primorsky Territory to be a full-fledged participant in the transportation of various goods. The development of the Chinese economy and the increase in the supply of containers to Europe are quite promising areas for transport operators. A significant part of China's freight traffic to the EU countries is sent by sea (the indicated traffic is the main one, since freight traffic is formed in the eastern provinces of the PRC), but undoubtedly the demand for the transportation of goods by rail is increasing. As part of the implementation of the "One Belt - One Road" strategy, China is considering a large number of transportation routes (transportation through Kazakhstan, through the Caucasus and other regions), and the preference in favor of one or another route is dictated by geography (which province of the PRC is sent from cargo). But one way or another, the transit corridor from China to Europe through Russia remains the most convenient.
