Основные направления развития системы технического регулирования

Аннотация. Направление развития национальной системы технического регулирования совпадает с направлением развития технического регулирования ЕАЭС, так как национальная система технического регулирования Российской Федерации является его неотъемлемой частью. Вектор развития ЕАЭС на ближайшую перспективу заложен в стратегических направлениях развития евразийской экономической интеграции до 2025 г. (Стратегия-2025), принятых решением Евразийского экономического совета от 11.12.2020 № 12.
Стратегия-2025 содержит перечень мер и механизмов для реализации одиннадцати стратегических направлений, одним из которых является «обеспечение гарантий качества, безопасности обращаемых товаров и надлежащей защиты прав потребителей», а в качестве конкретного механизма развития и углубления интеграционных процессов по данному направлению названо техническое регулирование.

Abstract. The direction of development of the national system of technical regulation coincides with the direction of development of the technical regulation of the EAEU, since the national system of technical regulation of the Russian Federation is its integral part. The vector of development of the EAEU for the near future is laid down in the strategic directions for the development of Eurasian economic integration until 2025 (Strategy - 2025) adopted by the decision of the Eurasian Economic Council dated December 11, 2020 No. 12.
Strategy-2025 contains a list of measures and mechanisms for the implementation of eleven strategic directions, one of which is «ensuring quality assurance, safety of tradable goods and proper protection of consumer rights», and technical regulation is named as a specific mechanism for the development and deepening of integration processes in this area.
