Оценка роста тихоокеанской устрицы при выращивании в садках разного типа

Аннотация. Приводятся результаты выращивания тихоокеанской устрицы в двух типах садков – Ostriga (Италия) и Seapa (Австралия) в бухте Ласпи (Черное море). Рассматриваются вопросы роста раковины и мягких тканей, формирования морфологических признаков, желательных при коммерческом разведении устриц – «глубокая» форма раковины и высокая степень наполненности.

Abstract. This study presents the results of cultivation of the Pacific oyster in two types of cages – Ostriga (Italy) and Seapa (Australia) in Laspi Bay (the Black Sea). The questions of the growth of the shell and soft tissues, the formation of morphological features that are desirable in the commercial growing of oysters - a «deep» shape of the shell and a high degree of fullness are considered.
