Аннотация. Одной из целей современного производства является выпуск качественной конкурентной продукции за счет внедрения инноваций и прогрессивных технологий. Качество продукции напрямую зависит и от метрологического обеспечения производства как вида технического обеспечения, позволяющего проводить качественные измерения параметров продукции с заданной точностью и достоверностью результатов. Метрологическая деятельность регулируется правовыми и нормативными документами как в области обеспечения единства измерений, так и технического регулирования, в том числе стандартизации. Анализ документов по метрологическому обеспечению объектов обнаружил в содержании ряда стандартов несоответствия, поэтому актуально гармонизировать их с законодательством РФ в рассматриваемой области деятельности. Даны предложения по уточнению понятия «метрологическое обеспечение» в нормативных документах, а также определено значение метрологического обеспечения в метрологической деятельности.

Abstract. One of the goals of modern production is the production of high-quality competitive products through the introduction of innovations and advanced technologies. The quality of products directly depends on the metrological support of production, as a type of technical support that allows for high-quality measurements of product parameters with a given accuracy and reliability of results. Metrological activity is regulated by legal and regulatory documents both in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements and technical regulation, including standardization. The analysis of documents on metrological support of objects found non-compliance in the content of a number of standards, therefore, the harmonization of standardization documents with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of activity under consideration is an urgent action. The article presents proposals to clarify the concept of "metrological support", and also defines the importance of metrological support in metrological activities.
