Abstract. The principle of accessibility of documents in the field of standardization for all interested parties is established at the legislative level. With regard to standard products, this principle is observed: the documents for its manufacture are freely available on the Internet.

Technical specifications and standards of organizations are the intellectual property of their developers. To make information about domestic products manufactured according to these documents available to manufacturers, suppliers, as well as authorities, a data bank "Products of Russia" has been created. With its help, the problem of collecting, processing and communicating to users reliable information about domestic products to ensure the activities of enterprises, as well as the implementation of public procurement, is solved. The relevance of the data bank information is of particular importance in the context of sanctions from foreign countries that have violated established relations with suppliers.

This article discusses what information is contained in the data bank "Products of Russia", who performs the function of forming and maintaining the data bank and what opportunities it can give to interested users.

Abstract. One of the goals of modern production is the production of high-quality competitive products through the introduction of innovations and advanced technologies. The quality of products directly depends on the metrological support of production, as a type of technical support that allows for high-quality measurements of product parameters with a given accuracy and reliability of results.

Metrological activity is regulated by legal and regulatory documents both in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements and technical regulation, including standardization. The analysis of documents on metrological support of objects found non-compliance in the content of a number of standards, therefore, the harmonization of standardization documents with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of activity under consideration is an urgent action.

The article presents proposals to clarify the concept of "metrological support", and also defines the importance of metrological support in metrological activities.

Abstract. One of the most significant controlled indicators of liquid food products, such as dairy or juice products, is their consumption. The problem of measuring the flow of liquid food products is their tendency to foam when moving in pipelines. The resulting foam negatively affects the accuracy of liquid food flow measurement tools, which worsens the quality of finished products due to a decrease in the accuracy of technological standards and reduces production efficiency.

Therefore, this article is devoted to recommendations on equipping food production facilities to minimize the error in measuring fluid flow. For this purpose, the analysis of methods for inhibiting the foaming process in liquid foods was carried out, an experimental setup was developed, errors in measuring the flow of liquid in the experimental setup were estimated and recommendations were formalized.

Abstract. When modeling fishing activities, problems related to the uncertainty and stochasticity of the fishing system are more often encountered. The influence of these factors is quite strong and cannot be ignored. In this regard, difficulties of different levels arise when using mathematical modeling. One of the solutions to these problems is the use of mathematical methods of decision theory, such as dynamic and linear programming and game theory.

Abstract. The purpose of this work was to characterize the biological and fisheries indicators of Pacific cod in the Kunashir Strait during 1998-2022. The main material was the data collected during the gill net fishery in the eastern (Russian) zone of the Kunashir Strait carried out by the fleet of small-tonnage vessels owned to Japanese fishing cooperative of the city of Rausu. It is shown that catch per unit effort for the Pacific cod in the waters of the strait have been declining for a long time, with minimum in 2016-2017. Subsequently, this parameter began to increase again. Standardized catch per effort for the Russian fleet fishery in the entire South Kuril region, on the contrary, was characterized by an upward trend, with the exception of the period 2016-2019, when there was a short-term decline. In recent years, the positive trend of catch per effort in the area has been associated with the specific annual dynamics of Pacific cod stock lived in the southern part of the Sea of Okhotsk, nearly Hokkaido Island. The new information makes it possible to observe current trends of fish resources changing and to clarify the fishing capabilities of the area in the nearest future.

Abstract. The Arctic belt of the Yana River basin covers an area of 10.2 thousand km2 and includes the river delta, 143 km long from the mouth, with 20.1 thousand lakes located in it with a total area of 1350 km2. Lakes of the Arctic zone of the Yana basin play an important role in the formation of the fauna of aquatic, semi-anadromous, and anadromous fish. The ichthyofauna of the aquatic biota of this section of the river basin includes 21 species with subspecies, of which more than 70% in commercial fishing are fish of the Coregonidae. Zooplankton in the river is mainly represented by cladocera and immature stages of copepods, with a total biomass of 0.016 mg/m3; in lakes, the abundance and biomass ranged from 2840-202000 ind./m3 and 20.19-1759.2 mg/m3. River zoobenthos is represented mainly by oligochaeta, mollusks, chironomidae larvae, with a total biomass of 96.58 g/m3; in lakes, the total biomass of zoobenthos organisms is 44.28 g/m2. According to the quantitative indicators and the qualitative composition of invertebrates, one can speak about the favorable state of the food base of the Arctic belt of the Yana basin. The ichthyofauna consists of freshwater, semi-anadromous and anadromous fish. The lakes are inhabited by pike, whitefish, whitefish, peled, arctic char, perch and nine-spined stickleback. Of the parasites, Diphyllobotrium latum, a source of transmission of diphyllobothriasis invasion to humans and animals, was found in peled. The types of aquatic biological resources mastered by industrial fishing include those that are used - vendace, muksun, nelma, broad whitefish, whitefish; the recommended catch volumes are tugun, dace, burbot, ruff, perch, pike and the predicted catch is omul, which is 57.1 % of the total species composition of the ichthyofauna of the Arctic belt of the Yana basin. The commercial catch is about 0.5 thousand tons or 87.7 % of the gross fish catch in the Yana basin as a whole.

Abstract. In the process of studying and predicting the physical and mechanical properties of synthetic fishing materials, mooring ropes, as well as to perform design and manufacturing procedures of rope and rope products, which are mixed, complex, form-modifiable structures or constructions, it is necessary so choose the fiber material and dimensions for each element of a given design. (This could be a fishing trawl, mooring and any other products that are used in the fishing, transport and other industries), so that the corresponding element resists the action of various kinds of applied external forces without the risk of collapse or loss of the shape given to it. Flexible structures with variable shape consisting of elastic threads, ropes and cords are characterized by the fact that in the process of their operation there is a redistribution of loads falling on the individual elements, so initially adopted safety factor n does not provide equal strength products and expedient use of the material used for its construction. Necessary strength of synthetic fish products and materials σ taking into account possibility of emergency conditions should be provided due to acting longitudinal loads Tx and longitudinal modulus of elasticity (product properties) Ex, geometrical dimensions: diameter d and length L, and it is also necessary to keep overload factor kn to increase design strength of parts σ taking high tensile load T. In this scientific article, the authors suggest that it is also advisable to provide weak links in the design (for example, in the multi-depth trawl) so that their destruction unloads the gun and prevents its complete loss.

Abstract. The world fishing industry, and especially the coastal countries one, is considered as one of the most important factors of the country food security and plays an important role in providing the population with food. Besides, this industry creates jobs along the whole chain from those who work on the design and construction of ships and equipment to those who are connected with the sale of products to the end consumer. The Far East is the main supplier of fish raw materials and finished products to the domestic market of the country. At the same time, the fishing industry is a structure-forming branch of all regions of the Far East, including Primorsky Krai. Fishery complex occupies one of the leading places in Primorsky Krai economy: fishermen produce one third of all industrial products of Primorsky Krai, two thirds of all fish products of the Far East and one third of all fish products of Russia. Extraction and processing of sea biological resources, as well as related economic spheres play an important role in general economy and social life of Primorsky Krai. This raises the question of how sustainable this industry is in the near future. This article is concern to the fishing industry  perspective through the analysis of the age composition of fishing vessels registered in the PrimorskyKrai. It is noted that the average age of the sea fishing vessels fleet segment continues to grow. The aging fishing fleet is raising concerns about the safety of both vessels and crew.As a result of statistical analysis, age groups of ships were identified and the prospects for their operation were assessed.
