Evaluation of the effectiveness of introducing some BAS in starter feeds for juvenile Far Eastern trepang

Abstract. Determining the relationship between nutrient composition, growth, and survival of juveniles is important for optimizing the feeding regimens of trepang juveniles. It is important to develop an understanding of the relative rates of absorption and digestion of feed, which are based on knowledge of the availability of nutrients and the nutritional value of feed.

The paper studies the effect of experimental feed formulations on the weight of trepang juveniles. Feed efficiency was evaluated by indicators: daily growth rate, feed absorption rate, food conversion efficiency. The chemical composition of the trepang muscle was judged by the quantitative content of water-soluble protein, hexosamines and lipids in the trepang muscle.

The composition of the feed recipe included: dried kelp, fish meal, soy meal, crushed bivalve shells and freeze-dried trepang entrails in the ratio 4:2:1:3:0,05. DNA and cholesterol were added to the feed formulations as biologically active components.

It was shown that the introduction of cholesterol into feed formulations led to a decrease in the content of water-soluble protein by 1.2-1.8 times. At the same time, the use of DNA as an additive in the feed did not affect the content of water-soluble protein in the trepang muscle, compared with the control group. Determination of the content of hexosamines in the trepang muscle of various experimental groups showed that the positive accumulation dynamics is characteristic only when using feed with a DNA content of 5 mg/kg.

It was found that the introduction of DNA and cholesterol into the feed formulation contributes to the accumulation of triacylglycerides in trepang tissues. Their content increased by 1.5-1.9 times, compared to the control. At the same time, the use of experimental feed formulations reduced the level of free fatty acids by 1.7-2.5 times. The introduction of DNA and cholesterol into the diet of trepang juveniles effectively improves the rate of feed absorption and food conversion, which must be taken into account when developing commercial feed formulations.

Keywords: trepang, feed, growth rate, DNA, cholesterol, efficiency of food conversion, muscle sea cucumber lipids, hexosamines, fractional composition of proteins.

Review of research on ceramic bearings for their application in technological and power machines

Abstract. This paper discusses the research of ceramic and hybrid bearings. Physical and mechanical characteristics of some domestic ceramic bearing materials based on silicon carbide are collected. The data of research on the influence of design, operational, and factors on the noise radiation of bearings are presented. The influence of design features and operating modes on the nature of sound propagation is revealed. It is shown that the circumferential distribution of the total sound radiation of a ceramic bearing is relatively uniform at low speeds and light loads, and increases with increasing rotation speed and working loads, and the interaction between the inner ring and the loaded balls has the greatest influence on the total acoustic radiation. The results of vibration studies of hybrid ceramic ball bearings in comparison with similar steel bearings are presented.

Keywords: ceramic bearing, silicon carbide, coefficient of friction, bearing acoustic field, bearing noise emission.

Calculation estimation velocites fields of gases in marine diesel combustion chamber

Abstract. Modern trends of marine diesel development are connected with impairment its power and ecological data. It reveal some problems the most are increasing of heat condition details that formats combustion chamber. High local heat fluxes on the surfaces of head cover, piston and liner of cylinder are the most reasons that redact exploitative reability forced marine diesel. Reability of calculative estimation of heat and deformable condition of details that form combustion chamber. This estimation is tested by local boundary conditions to gases. Including that the part convective of heat flux in total heat transfer reaches in average 60 – 70% for working cycle is the obvious priority of relabel calculation-theatrical methods of definition fields velocities gases in marine diesel engines. Purpose of this article is impairment of mathematical model local convective heat transfer in high speed diesel combustion chamber. Outside flow of gases in combustion chamber may be shown by equations Euler. Velocity’s fields of gases in function crank angle degree are given with numerical method. Isotherms and isobars of gases that make physic of process convective heat transfer possible in marine high speed diesel engine combustion chamber..

Keywords: numerical method, velocities fields of gases, convective heat transfer, marine diesel.

Definition of radiation parameters of flame in marine diesel combustion chamber

Abstract. Temperature of flame and degree blackness determine its own radiation. However, estimation of these parameters in marine diesels designing present difficult and insolated problem. This determination is difficulty mathematical modeling of process combustion fuel in diesel engines and high size of experimental investigations in this field. Purpose of this paper is development of calculation-experimental method in parameters determination of flame radiation in the marine diesel 6 ChN 24/36 combustion chamber. Estimation of flame temperature in combustion chamber by function crank angle degree may be determined according to gases temperature find with experimental or calculation indicator diagram and special parameter. The parameter is determined on formula that received on integration of temperature flame experimental data with determination. Results by flame temperature for marine diesel 6 ChN 24/36 received with calculation-experimental method are given. Power increasing temperature flame increasing is settled. Temperature flame about twice degrees in comparison gases temperature if variation of diesel power 50 to 100 % from nominal power. Application of results for estimation own fluxes of radiation flame in marine diesel 6 ChN 24/36 combustion chamber and comparison there with known experimental data convergence 10–15%.

Keywords: temperature of gases, temperature of flame, combustion chamber, radiation heat transfer, marine diesel.

Analysis of regulatory documents establishing requirements for the safety of smoked fish products

Abstract. It has been established that the existing domestic regulatory documentation establishing safety requirements for smoked fish products does not include control over the values of indicators of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in addition to benzpyrene. Based on the results of this work and the research of I. N. Kim, G. N. Kim, L. V. Krivosheeva, I. Khitrova, the need to improve the system of regulatory documentation has been proved, as well as the introduction of safe methods of smoking and dressing into the domestic production of smoked fish products, developed by other countries.

Keywords: smoked fish products, safety requirements, regulatory documents, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.

Analysis of changes in the interpretation of the rules «Incoterms» 2020 and their use in the development of maritime transport

Abstract. The article presents the results of assessing the impact of changes in the interpretation of the international code of rules «Incoterms» on the development of international trade, which determines the increase in the volume of deliveries by sea. The relationship between changes in the interpretation of terms is revealed, which is designed to provide greater flexibility in determining the place of delivery of goods and distribution of delivery costs, which in turn more accurately explains which party, the seller or the buyer, is responsible for performing customs clearance and customs formalities at the border, taking all possible costs and risks. The conclusion about the further vector of technological development of Incoterms rules reflecting events related to digital Commerce and the increasing use of intellectual property contracts is substantiated.

Keywords: Incoterms rules, shipping, terms of delivery, place of delivery.
