STUDY OF THE CULTURE FEATURES OF RHODOTORULA BENTHICA YEAST,OUFLOW FROM PROBIOTIC FEED ADDITIVES

Abstract. Yeast can synthesize a wide range of carotenoids, they also have the ability to accumulate asufficient amount of biomass and grow on relatively cheap media during the fermentation process. This eukaryotic microorganisms group occupies a strong position in modern biotechnology as wellas in the field of carotenoids microbiological synthesis. Due to lack of information about karatinogenesisregarding R. benthica yeast predetermined the feasibility of creating a collection of strainsand further searching for culturing conditions, with a view to their subsequent use as a highly effectivebiotechnological agent. The purpose of this work is the isolation of a pure culture of R. benthica and the study of the cultural characteristics of growth in solid nutrient media. A strain of R. benthicaca and the study of the cultural characteristics of growth in solid nutrient media. A strain of R. benthicayeast was isolated from a probiotic feed supplement and cultural characteristics of growthwere characterized. It was established that the studied strain on Saburo and SMM media (marinemicroorganism medium) forms colonies typical for yeast of the genus Rhodotorula from 1 to 3 mmin diameter, with a convex profile, rounded, pigmented, light pink, characteristic for the S type. Onyeast growth medium (YEPD), R-type colonies with bright coral pigment, cone-shaped with a mattesurface were isolated. To obtain a funded culture, Lundin's medium is optimal in composition. Allthe studied media allowed us to isolate a pure culture, but the yeast growth medium (YEPD) contributedto the best growth of the isolated strain of R. benthica.

Kewords: probiotic, yeast, Rhodotorula benthica, media, culture features, cultivation.

THE STUDY OF THE QUALITY OF THE FORMATION OF THE KNOT IN THE FISHNET

Abstract. The problem of improving the operational properties of fishing tools is of great importance forthe fisheries industry. An increase in the durability of fishing materials leads to an increase incatchability. One of the indicators of the quality of fishing net webs is the so-called holding force ofthe knot, which allows the cells to remain in their declared sizes. Strength issues of mesh nodalconnections were dealt with as early as 40 years of the IX century. However, lately, little attentionhas been paid to studies of the strength of net nodal connections. The article presents some aspectscharacterizing the holding force of the knot.

Keywords: кnots, torsion, knot mechanics, breaking force, friction, contact spot.

RESEARCH OF THE SIX-STROKE INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE THEORETICAL CYCLE

Abstract. For marine diesels that have reached a certain level of perfection, a six-cycle operation promisesto increase their efficiency and environmental friendliness. Conducting a numerical experiment, taking into account the accompanying theoretical studies,is an attempt to optimize the parameters of a six-stroke cycle. Successful areas of research on theefficiency of marine internal combustion engines (MICE) are associated with the utilization of energyfrom burned fuel. Meanwhile, two-stroke and four-stroke marine internal combustion enginesachieved the highest fuel combustion efficiency of 54.5 % due to the use of deep heat recoveryschemes. It should be noted that a feature of the six-stroke cycle is a very high temperature of theexhaust gases after the end of the cycle. This allows you to get more turbocharger power and get ahigh boost pressure. The six-stroke cycle under study consists of polytrophic compression, heattransfer by isochoric in the first combustion process, polytrophic expansion, second polytrophiccompression process, heat transfer in the second combustion process, polytrophic expansion andmixed heat transfer part by isochoric, part by Isobar..

Keywords: 6 cycles, diesel, internal combustion engine, indicator parameters, theoretical cycle.

ROLE OF FISHING COMPLEX IN FOOD SECURITY

Abstract. Food security is one of the most important conditions for ensuring national sovereignty. The role of food security is especially growing in connection with the sanctions against Russia. Amongindicators of food security, per capita consumption of fish products plays an important role. Achange in the methodology for calculating average per capita consumption has led to the incomparabilityof rational consumption standards for fish products calculated by the Ministry of Health ofthe Russian Federation and the Rosstat reporting data on actual per capita consumption. The statisticalauthorities' determination of per capita consumption in live weight (raw weight) distorts thereal situation and creates a false appearance of well-being in this area. This is extremely dangerousin the current situation, when the strength of the Russian economy is tested not only by sanctions, but also by the consequences of the pandemic. Rational consumption standards should bebrought into line with the Rosstat methodology used since October 2013: calculation in live weight(raw weight). Otherwise, a comparison of rational consumption standards of fish products of theMinistry of Health calculated in the weight of marketable products and Rosstat data, defined inweight of raw, absolutely incorrect..

Keywords: food security, per capita consumption, rational consumption standards, fishery complex.
